As you heard (from the push notifications or Twitter or Facebook), the October challenge was $100 to the user with the most friends at the end of October.
The winner, with 70 friends, is Boomi… Wait a minute, she still works here. Disqualified!
The winner, with 63 friends, is Matthew Ruland. There’s a funny story about Matthew’s quest to build up his LeaderBoard. He sent so many friend invitations that Facebook banned him from sending any more invitations for a week – true story. Though we are not suggesting you all cause trouble on social networks, we think this story, along with his initiative to connect friends in a Facebook group, deserves a Nexercise t-shirt. Matthew, someone will be in contact with you about where to send your Nexercise t-shirt.
Other highly popular Nexercise users are:
- Shauna Rooke-Meyer – 51 friends
- Erika Brown – 42 friends
- Shawna Carter – 40 friends
- LaMama Fox – 41 friends
- Nicole Dale – 38 friends
Congratulations to all of you. You get bragging rights to say you beat the CEO, who has 36 friends. 🙂
This contest is over, but you can still get the StrengthInNumbers bonus points daily for your active friends. So keep building those friendships and keep encouraging your friends to work out. And if your list gets long and you have to scroll to find yourself, you can always get to your rank quickly by tapping the bottom bar on the Friends list.
We’re heavily working on making adding friends even easier. Stay tuned.
Also, tomorrow we announce the Nexerciser with the most October points, after notifying him/her.
