Is there a single person you know, that isn’t busy in their day to day life? I’d bet you that most if not every single person you know including yourself is really busy. So busy trying to get things done that they rarely if ever have the time to actually sit down and consume a healthy meal. I’d bet most of us are leading hectic lifestyles, but at what price? Statistics show that we as people are getting more and more fat as the years pass, simply because of our bad lifestyle choices.

The worst thing is that few if any of us are prepared to actually do something about it, and lose all the excess weight that we have on our person. It’s not that we don’t want to lose weight, but more the fact that we think it will be like taking on another full time job. However this is a completely false belief.

Regardless of how much weight you want to lose, it’s all about knowing exactly what steps you need to take and then taking those steps consistently. It’s as simple as that.

Just focus on the steps I share below and avoid all the fad schemes out there that promise super fast results, because the reality is that they don’t work… believe me I’ve literally tried them all. Hard work and the right knowledge is the key to long lasting results that matter.

1. Cut Out White Bread

The most effective step you will ever take and one that is the closest to a real life shortcut, is taking white bread out of your diet. White bread is pure poison, and the reason why so many people are overweight today. We just eat far too much of it and the main effect it has on the human body is the fact that it will cause you to become really fat, really fast.

Just a few short weeks from now, you will notice how much weight you will have lost just by cutting out the white bread… simple, but extremely effective. Instead of white bread try to switch it up with wholemeal… your waistline will be better off for it.

2. Put The Spoon Down

Most of us just don’t seem to have much self control at all. This is a really serious issue that is causing us to put on more and more weight over time. We need to learn to put the spoon down as soon as we have filled our stomachs and satisfied our hunger. Yes, you need to stop eating the moment you are not hungry. This single trick will result in you getting into shape incredibly fast.

You will be truly amazed at how much weight you are able to lose just by eating less. You only ever need to eat to the point where you are giving your body all the nutrients that it requires.

3. Never Drink Your Calories

If we take a look at the pure facts, we will come to realise that the vast majority of us drink way too much drinks that are extremely bad for our health. All those sugary lattes and energy drinks are terrible for us and will not get us anywhere, especially if we are serious about losing weight.

If you want to get real long lasting weight loss results, then the only drink you need to be touching from now on should be water. Water is a pure drink that is amazingly good for your health and well being. It is the key to actually losing all the weight that you want to lose.

There is nothing that can stop you from losing weight if you keep drinking water consistently throughout the day. It really is that simple, believe me… give it a try if you don’t believe me.

4. Understand The Why Behind Your Goal

Yes, you want to lose weight but the only way that you are going to be able to do this and keep it off, is if you have a really solid reason why you want to shed the fat in the first place. The fact is that most people have a vain reason for wanting to lose weight, such as looking great in the mirror and while this is fine, it won’t be enough if you want to get long lasting results that matter.

So don’t hesitate to take your time and find out why you want to really lose weight… dig deep because you are going to need it if you want to truly remain strong and steadfast on your goal to shed that fat.

5. All About Snacking

We really do live in amazing times because food is available in abundant amounts. So much so we have become a nation where most of us are always snacking on something or other but of course the reality is that we are usually snacking on some kind of junk food.

Snacking on junk foods like chocolate or candy is not a great idea if you are serious about shedding the excess body fat!

The simplest way I’ve found to really overcome this terrible habit is to slowly but surely replace all the unhealthy snacks with healthy alternatives. So instead of munching on that chocolate bar I’d encourage you to snack on some carrot sticks. Same habit, but you will find yourself getting healthier as time passes, plus of course you will be losing a lot more weight.

Now you have all the steps that you are ever going to need to get rid of all the excess body fat that you want to lose. There is nothing in the world that can stop you from getting into the best shape of your life, so please stop making all those excuses. Being busy isn’t a valid excuse because all it is doing is preventing you from getting the results that you are after.

All you need to do is follow the steps I’ve given above, and put in the hard work and dedication every single day. You have to work hard to apply these steps consistently, because it is the consistent effort that will get you the long term results that you are after.
