Finding motivation despite Cerebral Palsy (A Nexerciser’s Story)

First to start out a little background on me. My name is Tony Wey. I’m a college student, but I’m also disabled and have been since birth.

Actually the circumstances of my birth and being early caused my conditions. I have cerebral palsy, scholiosis, and a low hormone level to name a few things.

Fitness and athletics in general were always difficult for me. I was always slower than everyone else but all that did, and all it continues to do, is motivate me. Nexercise has helped make fitness enjoyable as well as fun. This app has literally helped me remake my life and get me on the path to health.

In the future, I will be more detailed posts on my workouts, my reasons, and my motivations – maybe throw some dietary posts in there as well just wait and see. 🙂
